About De La Salle Holy Cross College’s 2026 Giving Day
Legacy40: It Continues With Us marks 40 years since the amalgamation that shaped De La Salle Holy Cross College into the community it is today. It is a moment to honour the past, recognise the generations who have gone before us and acknowledge a simple truth: the legacy we inherited is now ours to carry forward.
Taking place over 36 hours on 11- 12 March 2026, Giving Day is not about how much is given, but about taking part. It is an invitation to alumni, parents, staff, pupils and friends of the College to stand together in support of an education rooted in faith, service and opportunity. Every contribution, no matter the size, expresses belonging and faith shared purpose.
The Giving Day has a fundraising goal of R1 million, which will support the work of the DLSHCC Alumni Foundation and the Legacy Projects Fund, helping to ensure access to education, nurture future leaders and sustain the facilities and resources that allow our pupils to thrive.
Legacy is not something we look back on – it is something we live, protect, and pass on.
